What format should I see Transformers 3 In?

I've never been to a 3D movie i Theaters. I did see Transformers:ROTF in IMAX and really enjoyed it. Now Transformers: Dark of the Moon is out in Real D 3D and IMAX 3D. Which is the best viewing experience for this movie?

There isnt much difference from 2 or 3d but in some parts the 3-d is cool and others you think its a waste of time. But the times it is cool are awesome.
