How can I find out exactly where local electric transformers are?

the ones in the ground I mean.... I need to find the source of an irritating Transformer "hum".



Is there a map i can get my hands on?How can I find out exactly where local electric transformers are?Local?..... That's easy.... In many municipalities the electricity is delivered on overhead wires..... Then the voltage is stepped down with transformers right on the utility pole.....

There is most likely one of these within 1 to 3 miles of you.... You can locate them by using google earth..... I do not recommend calling the utility company... They might report you to homeland security as some sort of kook....... So don't ask them..... Just a little driving around and a pair of binoculars is all that's required....How can I find out exactly where local electric transformers are?

How can I find out exactly where local electric transformers are?Wouldn't it be better to find a "No Recovery, No Fee" Barrister and file suit?



After all, if you do find it Control Guv may not like your modifications.



Get everyone else there involved, see who is incurring medical expense, what the EMF readings are.



Perhaps an Environmental Safety Consultant will assist for a percentage of the recovery.



Check mothers with babies. If it is underground, perhaps the pavement is warm.

Contact your local leckie board for advice , you'll find their details on your meter . They may be reluctant to give out precise details on the location of the transformer but there may well be a fault on the one you refer to and it might need investigating .
