In the old 1980 G1 Transformers, are the episodes in season 2 in a linear storyline?

To be exact, will I be confused about the storyline if I shuffled the episodes around?In the old 1980 G1 Transformers, are the episodes in season 2 in a linear storyline?Naw I bet most people have watched them out of order.



The only things are origin/history/new meeting episodes like when Aerialbots or Stunticons are created, or Combaticons, or Autobots meet new people (Carly) or bots (Skyfire/Jetfire) or something about the history of cybertron.



But its not really confusing though...
