Where was Barricade in Transformers Revenge of the Fallen?

Barricade was the decepticon police car in the first film. He didn't die in the theatrical release. There was a deleted scene where, when optimus was fight bonecrusher barricade jumped in and was killed by prime. But this never got filmed. It was only storyboarded. He didn't die. The police car than was used for his alt mode was scene on the tranformers 2 set but he wasn't in the film. Before the end of the first movie Starscream cuts his losses and leaves Megatron . The only able Decepticon he can find is Barricade who was under the overpass he was last seen in. Starscream tells him the battle is already lost and leaves him on Earth while he retreats to gather a new army.

In the prequel novel to Revenge of The Fallen 'The Veiled Threat' Barricade is last seen fighting Optimus while Ironhide and the (ugh) human characters deal with Starscream. Optimus sears concrete overhead with 'one of his advanced weapons' and buries Barricade, not meant to stop him, but delay him. No more is mentioned about him, he must still be buried under tons of rubble or he escaped and will reveal where he was in part 3Where was Barricade in Transformers Revenge of the Fallen?Well I think if he didn't get killed in the first film inthe city fight then he got killed in between transformers and transformers:revenge of the fallen cause in the begining optimus says that humans and autobots have been fighting side by side in the NEST team(I think that's the name) and they have killed 6 decepticons in different countries so I'm thinking he was one of the six ...
Yeah, I guess they never needed him to advance the plot or never came up with a way to explain his absence that would be worth it in the second movie. So of course there's the possibility it gets shown in the future, possibly for the third installment, if they can work him back in. It's fair game, with him never being shown dead. you know the dark audi r8 who smashed thru that building that is barricade they got some upgrade on him and now hes sideways but he was killed in the 2nd movie because sideswipe sliced him in half.Where was Barricade in Transformers Revenge of the Fallen?
