They don't have him in the stores other than the fast action transformation jolt. Does anyone know a site that sells the deluxe class Jolt at a cheap price. Here's a picture:

Keep an eye out and look for stores in your area. Otherwise, with some patience and luck it should show up at you local Target, Toys R Us, or other retailer.
